Send in your original recipes featuring coconut to frenchfriestoflaxseeds (at) gmail (dot) com. Make sure to get them in no later than 9:00 pm, Sunday April 12th, 2009! The winner will be announced Monday morning, and will receive a custom baked batch of biscotti!
